Loft with King size bed and luxurious sheets. Two sofas downstairs can be converted into beds. Not suitable for children. We offer a quiet, private and comfortable 600 sqft studio suite upstairs in a separate structure away from the main house. The room includes a comfortable, king-size bed with Tempur-pedic™ mattress, white cotton sheets and Pendleton™ blankets. A kitchenette with micro-wave, air-fry oven, and dinette are also provided. The studio includes dormers that overlook the family garden, goat barn, and pond. The east windows overlook our back yard, a lily pond and secluded spots to relax and enjoy.

Minutes from the outlet mall, a peaceful and cozy A-Frame, nestled in the trees overlooking a rippling creek. The stairs to the loft lead to a room where there is a comfortable queen-size bed and television. The downstairs area has a fully-stocked kitchen, dining area and living area with lots of windows to enjoy the view. There is also patio with a table and chairs and propane grill where you can sit and enjoy the view of the pasture and water, with beautiful trees scattered about.

Enjoy a well appointed private guest suite on an operating Thoroughbred horse ranch bordering on the Cascade foothills close to both Silver Falls State Park and the Oregon Gardens. The tranquil setting affords plenty of opportunity to savor the views from your private deck. And while unsupervised schmoozing with the horses isn't allowed, if you'd like we'll be glad to introduce you to some of the herd. You can rub elbows with equine royalty - the offspring of two Kentucky Derby winners!

Or relax inside by a peaceful mini wood stove.Bring a book, board games, or some meaningful one on one conversations /alone time. Go for walks on the 45+acres surrounding!

Enjoy the peace and quiet of the country in a 2 bedroom apartment on a working berry farm. The apartment is located in a separate building away from the main house so there is lots of privacy as well. You can even pick your own marionberries and blueberries when in season. There are also a number of u-pick farms and farm stands in the area. When the restrictions for COVID-19 are lifted, you can be assured that the space will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.

Our comfortable and well appointed apartment has beautiful views of the orchards and farm fields that surround us. Our small horse farm will make you feel calm and serene as you enjoy your stay at the Roddy Ranch. Please be aware, this is an upstairs apartment.
