This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

Close to subway Fruängen and a bus stop just outside the garden. Only 15 min from Stockholmsmässan/Stockholm fair.

It's located near the boardwalk, and it is within walking distance from the local lake (a known swimming area). It’s only a 15 min walk from the city center where you will find restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, and shopping. It is only a 40 min drive to the capital Stockholm, and 20 min. to the airport Arlanda!

Det finns kommunikationer med buss 1 km från boendet och fjärrtåg och pendeltåg 8 km från boendet. Boendet är främst för 2 personer men en extrasäng går att ställa in. Mot en kostnad av 200 kr/natt kan även närliggande stuga på tomten nyttjas för sovplats för ytterligare en person.

Det finns en säng (140 cm) samt en uppfällbar gästsäng (70cm). I badrummet finns tvättmaskin, dusch och toalett. Lakan och handduk ingår.
