You can see lots of boats, a wide variety of native wildlife, sunrises, and more. Cozy Cabin on the Creek- bring your kayak!

Welcome! We are the owners/ builders of this house constructed in 2016 and live in the main house beside it. It has its own entrance and sits above the garage for great views of the creek, Intracoastal Waterway beyond, and sunrises each morning. The Cozy Cabin is close to Wrightsville Beach, downtown Wilmington, Airlie Gardens, nightlife, the airport, and parks. It is bright, spacious, and full of custom touches and amenities. For kayakers, a dock and access to the water are within steps.

The Cove

Framed by hundreds of years old live oak trees, The Cove is situated on an acre of ground, convenient to area beaches and shopping. Most major food chains and big box stores are within a 5 minute drive. Additionally many local eateries are nearby. Carolina beach is an easy 10 minutes drive, historic downtown Wilmington and river walk are 15 minutes, while Wrightsville beach and major shopping malls are 20 minutes. See the below description to get a feel for this very special and unique space.

Treetop Retreat

Relax and feel at home in this peaceful and light-filled garage apartment among the treetops. Centrally located near the best of Wilmington - a 10 minute drive to historic downtown and 15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach! Well appointed with a comfortable King size bed, room to lounge in the spacious living room, and a full size kitchen for all your cooking needs! Lovely apartment, private space. Open and spacious dining and living area. Well equipped kitchen: refrigerator, full stove/oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee makers, pots, pans, dishes, utensils. Breakfast makings on hand. Media room with Smart TV, comfy seating, computer work station. Large, roomy master bedroom w/ king size bed OR TRANSFORMS INTO TWO TWINS. Bath adjoins bedroom, walk in shower, no tub. Beaches, downtown Wilmington, UNCW, all within a 15 minute drive.

Wilmington's "Jungle Room"

We would like to extend a warm Southern welcome to all of our Guests staying in Wilmington's "Jungle Room." The separate Guest room is set in a beautiful tropical garden full of interesting and fascinating plants-palms, staghorn ferns, colorful bromeliads, and many more. One of our hobbies is propagating these plants because of their beauty and overall dramatic effect. If we've done it right, you can easily imagine you are in a tropical rain forest right here in Southeastern NC!

The Artist's Cottage

Guests must be 21 or older. Two guest max!!! Also, I get a lot of requests for small pets. Due to safety and health concerns, I cannot accommodate any pets at all. I live on the property in the main house. Cottage is behind house. No 3rd party booking allowed. The person checking in must be the person that booked and the person that's name is on the account. If you are interested in booking the cottage. No smoking/vaping of anything inside cottage.

Perfect stay-cation for a small family or couple! -40 minutes to Wilmington International Airport (ILM) -30 minutes to downtown Wilmington

Large covered back patio with plenty of space to relax, grill, and eat. Reliable high speed internet makes this a great place to stay connected with work.

The Enchanted Forest with Private Hot Tub

PARTY POLICY: The Great Escape is nestled in a very quiet neighborhood and no parties of any kind are permitted. Violations of our house rules such as excessive noise, smoking inside, or extra guests will lead to a fine of $250, cancellation of your reservation, and your immediate removal from the property. The Lake Cottage

The Lake Cottage is located across the street from Greenfield Lake. It is a 3 minute walk to the Amphitheater and 9 minute walk to the Park Center with boat rental, playground, skakeboard park, and Pickleball Courts. There is a 4.5 paved trail that runs around the lake across the street. The Lake Cottage lies down its own private walkway and has a fairly-land feel about it.
