Caribou Lodge Alaska - Cabin 1

A completely off-grid and remote fly-in wilderness lodge near Denali National Park and above treeline in the Talkeetna Mountains. An all-inclusive (minus alcohol) lodge that offers day hikes, canoeing, kayaking, camping, as well as wildlife & northern lights viewing opportunities. A showerhouse and 2 classic outhouses are shared by all guests. A round-trip flight in a float-plane to our lodge and then back to Talkeetna is $370.00 based on passenger and luggage weight of approximately 700 lbs.

Rm #1/#4 - Denali view, Private Room

We have 2 rooms (Rm 1 upstairs and Rm 4 downstairs), each with a private bath and view of Denali, a queen-size bed and a pull-out futon bed (qn size in Rm 1 and full size in Rm 4). Room 1 can accommodate up to 4 guests; available year-round. Room 4 can accommodate up to 3 guests; available only during summer. Continental breakfast is served 7-10 am during summer season, 5/1 -9/30. Guests are welcome to help themselves with breakfast items found in the kitchen during winter season, 10/1-4/30.

Bugge Room 203, Hyland Hotel

This newly renovated and locally owned property was the first hotel/BnB ever built in Palmer Alaska. It opened for business in 1936 with single rooms renting for $3 a day. We have maintained the historic colonial feel of the building while incorporating modern amenities to ensure our guests a comfortable and safe stay. The Hyland Hotel was officially listed on the federal National Register of Historic Places on June 21, 1991. We look forward to sharing a piece of Palmer's history with you!

Qupqugiaq Inn is a one-of-a-kind hotel. Each of our rooms is unique, with either Alaska themes or decorations from different cultures and handmade or ultra-modern furniture. Theres also the surprise factor: you wont know which one you´ll get until you get here :) The room has a double bed and private bath. Also, we have a mini-library, shared kitchen and parking lot. Within minutes you can walk to all of Anchorage’s downtown attractions, including restaurants, shops, galleries, the Anchorage Museum, bars, and the popular Coastal Trail. The Anchorage Train Depot is less than five minutes away by foot. This stylish third floor studio has sweeping views of Cook Inlet, Mount Susitna (Sleeping Lady), and downtown Anchorage.
