Fully furnished with A Minisplit Heat Pump/ AC, and Propane "wood stove" well water, and high speed WiFi. Within 30 minutes of Lincoln and 1 hr of Bangor. Both towns have shopping, restaurants,etc.

Excellent snowmobiling,swimming, boating and fishing. Located on Cambolasse Pond there is not many like this. Private pond, Very peaceful Comes with sheets, pillows, and some towels. I recommend bringing extra towels and any other essentials you may need.

This rustic cabin has everything! Access to the lake, a complimentary canoe and gear is part of the deal. A boat slip can be arranged, there is access to ATV trails. It is also a perfect hunting cabin. There is running water, hot water, and electricity. The area is rustic, with excellent access, paved roads and nearby supplies. The cabin has a small refrigerator and a 10 gallon hot water tank as well as many small appliances.
