A peaceful stay with scenic views. This house is located just off I-70 & I-76, 5 minutes from the abandoned PA Turnpike Tunnels, 10-15 minutes from the Juniata River, 5 minutes from the Buchanan State Forest. This home has 3 bedrooms with 3 beds, 1 full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room, washer & dryer. Has heat and AC. A deck with eating area and a front porch where you can enjoy your coffee in the comfort of a rocking chair & listen to the birds, or make a campfire in the backyard.

Paved drive/parking area. Pets welcome w/agreement. Short drive to I-81 and I-70 20 mins to Hagerstown 15 mins to Chambersburg 20 mins to Whitetail Ski Resort 1.5 hrs to Baltimore/Washington

The 1780 Cabin on Main

A charming cabin built circa 1780 situated right on Main Street, just steps from Pubs and Restaurants and easy walking distance to historic Mercersburg Academy. There is a separate sleeping area upstairs with a queen-size memory foam bed. The lower level features a foldout couch and air mattress for additional guests, as well as a 55" TV and a wet bar and bathroom. Visitors have universally enjoyed the cabin's cozy feel. While there is no yard available, the town is great for walking dogs.

Creekside Retreat at the Jewel Vinsota

Relax in a quiet, curated, pet-friendly art exhibit. Live with paintings & sculptures that are for sale. This garden apartment is tucked into a hillside above a creek, along the Jewel Vinsota Sculpture Trail. Your host/gallery curators live upstairs. The “Artist’s Guesthouse” is next door. The private entrance is down a stone-stepped path. Perfect for 2 w/ the queen bed but room for 3 w/ the living room futon. Fully equipped kitchen. Private charcoal grill and fire pit next to the creek.

Ridge top tiny house - mountain side views

Reconnect with nature in this unforgettable tiny house. Perched on the top of a ridge offers great views of the mountains. Modern contrasting interior with the charm only a tiny house can bring. The mountains from three different states (PA, MD, WV) can be seen from within the tiny house. Sitting on the edge of 275 acres of farmland means you will be sure to hear the turkeys gobble during the daytime or the whippoorwill at night. Relax and enjoy the scenery from the loft bed.

Enjoy downtown Chambersburg in this biophilic, sustainable loft, central to local shops, restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops. The building that houses the loft was erected in the 1890s, giving the space charm unique to the era. Wander down Main St get a feel for our quaint downtown. There is a rail to trail within one block of the space for exercising and biking. Chambersburg is a thirty minute drive to Gettysburg, and less than two hours from Baltimore and Washington DC.

The Resting Place

Take it easy at this tranquil getaway in a small town nestled in the valley of the Appalachian mountains. Ten minutes from turnpike Exit 180 - Fort Littleton/McConnellsburg. This little haven is close to a great fishing spot at Meadow Grounds State Park lake. Hiking at Cowens Gap State Park. And Buchanan's Birthplace State Park not far away. You can relax as you watch the sunset for one of the two overlooks on neighboring mountains. Come and enjoy it for yourself!

Cozy country charm

My cottage has beautiful views from every side of the house and a relaxing front porch to sit and relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. It's a cozy cottage at the foot of the mountain with lots of privacy. There are no neighbors. There are horses here to enjoy watching them graze or feed them a snack. It's truly a nice getaway and still only a half hour from 3 local towns. For warmer weather there is a firepit, picnic table, grill and some nice shaded areas to relax.

Farm House Breezwood, 4 bedrooms

Come to the country where you can watch the wildlife and see amazing sunsets. Plenty of attractions biking, hiking and kayaking. The home has been completely remodeled . Enjoy the spacious open concept family room that meets the kitchen, or the large living room for quiet comfort. Four bedrooms, and a full bath upstairs and half bath downstairs. Perhaps just sit on one of the front porch rockers or by the fire pit in the evening. We do not allow pets at this property.

Comfortable, vintage two-story frame home nestled in the village of Lemasters—a quiet, country community with a lovely view of the Tuscarora mountains. Close to Whitetail Ski/Golf Resort, Cowans Gap, and minutes from the historic town of Mercersburg and the Mercersburg Academy. The large backyard has a patio and is completely enclosed with a fence. Single-family, detached home—wonderful for a family gathering. WiFi available. Pet friendly.

Fishing, swimming, kayaking, paddle-boats, picnicking, hiking and more are available at the Park. We are also just 6 miles from the Goldfish Barn Event Center and 18 miles from Whitetail Ski Resort
