It is fully connected to all utilities and wifi is available. Private firepit and community playground steps away. Enjoy the experience of camping made easy!

This is a brand new 2021 Forest River Surveyor Legend with all the latest amenities! A master bedroom and full bathroom paired with a bunkhouse and half bath. An automatic awning and outdoor kitchen make this an awesome camper for our family of 5 who love to go to the lake and during the fall, hunt and fish! The RV includes fresh linens, toiletries and kitchen/dining supplies. It also includes an inside griddle as well as an outside griddle. We also have a few games for your enjoyment!

Phipps' Phenomenal Camper

Features a queen-size bed in a fully-closed in bedroom. It can comfortably sleep 8 guests. With features like a bunk bed & pull-out sofa. Guests can enjoy a home cooked meal in the kitchen & dining area. Included are a stove/oven & a fridge/ freezer. We have also added a microwave & coffee maker. We also have a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, & toilet. We will deliver to the campsite of your choosing in the Hochatown, Broken Bow, Ringold, Pine Creek Lake, Beaver's Bend.
