I am sorry I cannot permit service dogs. I have a family member with a life-threatening allergy to dogs/cats and stays here when they visit me. The Cottage sets on the South River. With beautiful views all around it. The kitchen is great for cooking. There are 2 eating areas 1 inside and 1 outside with plenty of tables and chairs on the deck. 2 bedrooms with queen beds a 3rd room with a twin/ trundle . Also,a couch that pulls out to a full bed.A short walk from our front door is Arabia Mountain Trail. It feels remote here but close to everything.
