This quirky little studio is surrounded by 3 acres. It is a small space offering private entry, undercover parking and outdoor cooking area. There are dogs, ponies, goat, sheep, chickens, rooster, ducks and often koalas on the property. Under 10 mins walk to the pub and all that the vibrant village of Meeniyan has to offer and 5 mins walk to the rail trail. Meeniyan is well known for great dining, arts and market. Within 25 minutes to local beaches, Inverloch, Venus Bay, Walkerville, Waratah Bay and Sandy Point. Within 45 minutes to Wilson’s Promontory National Park.
