The home is 1600 sqft and your space is 335 sqft, private and cozy!!! It has a bedroom, living room and a full bath. parking is under carport for those tropical rainy days ( please park on the right side) it's shared space. There are two smart t.v which have Netflix, tubi, YouTube and others. the kitchenette has a keurig, compact size fridge and microwave. we have beach chairs/ towels, outside shower, hot and cold water. *cats on property!!! *dog named Lucy *ages 21 and over

The property overlooks the Eau Gallie River, perfect for kayaking, fishing, & boating adventures. We are 3 miles from the beach and 2 miles from the Melbourne Airport. It's VERY QUIET AND ON THE INDIAN RIVER. It's like a private resort with tropical landscape, nature trail, river views, hot tub, heated swim spa, multi-level decks, tennis court, boat ramp, fishing, park and playground. Everything you'd want in a resort without all the people! The two large bedrooms have queen beds and nice windows and views. The living room is comfortable and the kitchen includes a washer/dryer and has plenty of room and storage for long-term stays.

It has a private entrance and covered porch area, but all other outdoor areas of the property are shared with other guests.
