You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the kitchen, the high ceilings, its cleanliness, and coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Location and Amenities! We are the closest condo to the concert path on Misty Harbor! 10 min from Gunstock, couple hundred yards from the Lake, 50 yards from Gilford concert stage back entrance. Access to Barefoot Beach, Lake Winnipesaukee, outdoor pool, tennis courts, grill high speed WiFi and more. 1 Bedroom studio and a pull out couch, sleeps 4 comfortably. Large bathroom and shower. This ain't your mama's barn loft apartment! We have spent years building one of the best places to stay in the Weirs. We aren't on the lake but we are near everything you want to do. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and Funspot! The Experience hits you the second you open your own private door. Floating barnwood king size bed, Adult Bunk Beds, Custom Full Murphy Bed, A bathroom staight out of HGTV, 81" TV, Custom Mini Kitchen, Laundry Room, Eat in Area Coffee/Tea Bar too much to list

Private entrance & space. French doors large windows bright and airy. Lg living rm. Bed Rm w/queen. bed rm W/ king (two twins made up as king)all the time. Small kitchen w/micro coffee maker & fridge. NO STOVE only a single NuWave burner. Come & go as you please. This apartment is the lower level of our entire home. Very private and separate space. Enjoy 25 Acres of wooded land. Only 2 miles to town. Age 21 or older to book. We do not take children under 12 No parties NoPets No smoking.

Large 1 BR, 1.5 bath first floor apartment within a 2 family home. The home is in the heart of downtown, just a 5 min walk to all that Meredith has to offer including its quaint shops, numerous restaurants & bars, as well as the shores of both Lake Winnipesaukee, and Lake Waukewan. This location is a great home base for your outdoor activities. When you return from your day of fun warm up by the wood burning fireplace. This charming home and its location will not disappoint!

The Lake house

Enjoy the southern exposure, a sugar sand walkout beach, an L-shaped dock, and classic Lake Winnipesaukee construction. The open concept includes a full kitchen and a living room. The spacious bathroom also includes a washer and dryer. It has one private bedroom, and a ships ladder guides you to a loft containing additional sleeping space, with a catwalk to a private balcony overlooking the lake. This property has a detached bunkhouse with two full-sized beds and a ¾ bath.

Hilltop Lakeview Retreat is a quiet and private modern oasis! Across the street from Lake Waukewan and a short walk to Main St in Meredith, NH, this 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home sleeps 12! Well behaved dogs are allowed with a pet fee. A 3 minute drive gets you to the Meredith town docks and Hesky Park. Stroll through the local shops and visit the restaurants for a culinary delight. Take in the Meredith Sculpture Art Walk, or Weirs Beach is only a 10 min drive.

This cozy home is minutes/walking distance away from outstanding eating, drinking, and shopping. A perfect place for family vacations, or weekend get aways!

Beautiful guest suite with private entrance and patio overlooking peaceful garden views. One queen bed, bathroom with walk in shower. Small Refrigerator/freezer with, Keurig coffee maker and a variety of coffees available. 2 GUESTS ONLY - No Air Mattresses 14.5 miles to Gunstock Resort, 1.2 miles to bay, shopping, restaurants, movie theater, & grocery. 5 min. (1.8 miles) to Church Landing, 18 min (9.6 miles) to Bank of NH Pavilion.

Downtown! Studio w 3/4 Bathroom. Private Entrance!

This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.
