The house is located in a quiet part of the island, and if you are looking for peace and true rest it is the place for you. No neighbors. Stonehouse Milan is located in a peaceful and quiet area in a small fishing village in Zadar County district of north Dalmatia with a wonderful panorama view of the great Velebit mountain and the adriatic sea. You have your own tiny and cute stonehouse, private pool and big garden for yourself for enjoying privacy almost without any neighbours around the area. The house is 900m away from the beach. Stonehouse Milan is in a central postion for visiting many sight seeings, nationalparks etc.

This lovely apartment is placed in the house which is located outside the city center. The house is surrounded by a garden with Mediterranean vegetation. There are near the house beautiful, natural beaches (approx. 250 m). There is in front of the house a large parking. Nearest small shop is located 10 minutes walking from the house, large stores are located in the center of the town of Pag. Center of the town is a 20 minute walk where there are cafes, restaurants and other tourist offer.

All the places on these two relaxing islands, with beautiful beaches and breathtaking views are within 15 min drive range. Apartment has a wonderful view on Zadar channel and is distant only few minutes from the nearest beach. It's equipped with wifi internet, tv, stove, fridge, freezer, microwave and water cooker.

Famous Zrce beach is 15 minutes away by car (22km) and Zadar is 45 minutes (50km) away by car. Price includes private parking, air-conditioning, bed linen, towels, unlimited WiFi, SAT/TV, cleaning fee and local tourist tax.

This detached holiday house with a private heated pool is near the beach in a quiet location on a road with little traffic in the village Zubovici near Novalja on the island of Pag. The town Novalja is 9km away. You’ll love my place because of the amazing sunsets and the seaview from the terrace and the pool. Pets are welcome.
