La nostra casa spaziosa, moderna e ben arredata è perfetta per la vostra visita a Roma. Posizione: Situata in posizione centrale, a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni, ristoranti e negozi. Viste: Godetevi indimenticabili panorami sul Colosseo e sulla città dalla vostra terrazza privata. Servizi: Completamente attrezzato, con cucina, lavatrice e aria condizionata.

Appartamento unico situato al piano nobile di Palazzo Alibrandi (XVI sec), in una piazza tranquilla adiacente a Campo dei Fiori. Passata la bellissima corte interna, l'appartamento si sviluppa con un ampio ingresso con pareti affrescate ed una prestigiosa vetrata Art Deco. La suite privata, recentemente ristrutturata, ha soffitti a cassettoni di 6 metri ed arredi di pregio. Dalla finestra si accede a un balcone con vista sulla piazza. Le pulizie 50€ saranno pagate durante il soggiorno.

Halfway between the city center and the sea, the 35 sqm apartment is located on the raised ground floor of an apartment building in a very quiet and peaceful area of Rome. Excellent base for visiting Rome, the sea and Ostia Antica, a few minutes walk from the metro stop. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedoom and a bathroom with shower. Two bikes available for our guests. Important: Tourist Tax already included in the total amount (6 euros p.p per day).

In a historic building with very high ceilings, the windows overlook a well-finished garden with a nice orange and magnolia tree. The perfect place to rest.
