Our beautiful and secluded countryside retreat at the start of the Brecon Beacons is perfect for those looking to escape from the city for few days, or use as a base to hike the Brecon Beacons. The loft apartment has fantastic views of Skirrid and the Black Mountains, alongside it's modern and comfortable interior, with plentiful hiking and countryside exploration on your doorstep. The historic Llanthony Priory has an atmospheric bar in the cellar with excellent evening food.

Old Shop Cabin is a beautiful and relaxing place from which to enjoy Hay-on-Wye (the famous book town) and the wonderful countryside of the Black Mountains, the Brecon Beacons, and Herefordshire's Golden Valley. The cabin is the perfect place to come for a couples getaway. It is totally self-contained, has ample off-road parking and also has its own completely private, south-facing garden with a tranquil view looking out onto the village church.
