On the edge of Exmoor, Little Burston is a beautiful country home set in 110 acres of our own farmland close to Dulverton. Surrounded by nature, very comfortable and well equipped, it can sleep up to 6 people with three bedrooms ensuite. You have your own private garden with hot tub and patio, own drive and ample parking. Heated pool at the main house mid May to mid September, for your and our use only. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs. There is a fee set by Airbnb when booking in dogs.

Beech Tree Cottage is a delightful cottage nestled in the beautiful hills of Somerset, on the south side of a wooded valley beside the River Tone. Nearly 200 years old, this lovely cottage has been newly updated to create a charming, well-equipped holiday home. The shared grounds are a paradise of fields, water meadows and gardens, a haven for wildlife, and star-gazing in our dark skies. Our heated indoor swimming pool and play area are shared between our cottages and offer fun for everyone.

This really is the most beautiful of getaways - An easily accessible hideaway under 2 miles from junction 27 M5 and Tiverton Parkway. Suitable for 1-3 adults wanting to explore the South West, a mini yoga retreat, working locally or just wanting to escape to the countryside. The heated pool is right on your door step and has a swim pump . There is a wet-room, bed and sofa-bed downstairs. Hopefully suitable for many with neurodiverse issues or dementia. Not suitable for children or babies.

Country House & Own 34ft Private Heated Pool

'The Grange' has its very own private 34 ft heated swimming pool (year round) in the garden only a minute's walk from the house. Guests are welcome to swim as much as they like! Year round water temp 28 degrees. On a third of a mile long private driveway. A huge garden including a mature orchard, outdoor decked dining area, patio seating area and firepit grill. The farm won a 'Most Beautiful Farm' award at the House of Lords. Working farm, see and feed calves, fruit pick and see our beehives.

Treetops is a warm and cosy space, providing calm and peace for guests to escape the cares of everyday life. Situated within its own mature grounds, it makes full use of natural light with sunsets particularly memorable. Decorated using muted earth colours, the cabin has all modern coveniences including central heating, shower room and kitchen area with fridge and full-size gas cooker. Discover the Threshing Barn at Little Upton, an ideal spot for group celebrations. Enjoy the spacious double-height kitchen and lounge with woodburner. Unwind in the covered hot tub and sauna, take a dip in the heated pool (open May to Sept) or play table tennis, pool, and table football. Explore nearby footpaths leading to three excellent pubs. We can help organise catering, pampering, and a wide range of activities, from archery and shooting to cider tasting, both on-site and off-site.

The Annex is bright, comfortable and cosy with a wood burner for winter. The public footpath crossing our garden next to the river Char links with many others - great for dog walkers. We are close to Charmouth beach and Lyme Regis – renowned for their fossil treasures. Love swimming? our freshwater pool is generally heated to a very cosy 29 - 30 degrees (warm bath temperature) and can be used from April to October With advance notice, the twin beds can be connected to form a king size bed
