Foxup House Barn

Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.

Close to Tupgill Park, Forbidden Corner

Set in the picturesque village of Wensley, this property offers an enclosed rear patio garden with garden furniture and panoramic views from the front of the property over to Pen Hill and across to Witton Fell, looking across the River Ure. Wensley has a village pub and church and is a couple of miles from Leyburn which has several pubs, tea rooms, supermarkets, florists and lots more. You can walk along the River Ure up to Redmire and Aysgarth Falls, also walks to Leyburn and beyond.

Treetops Cottage @ Treetops Hideouts

Treetops Cottage is a luxury country retreat just one mile from bustling Richmond nestled in a private, stunning setting. The newly refurbished property boasts exceptional far reaching views across the rolling countryside and the south facing patio is a fantastic space to watch the wild deer that come up from Sandy Beck. Ideally located alongside Brokes giving direct access to the beautiful surrounding countryside, the property offers luxury living with great days out on your doorstep.

The Bolthole, Leyburn

The Bolthole is a delightful dog-friendly 2-bedroom cottage situated in the heart of bustling Leyburn, ideal for two adults and two children. Dating back over 150 years, this comfortable home retains many original features and has a cosy sitting-room with log-burner and recently refurbished shower room. There is easy access to various cafes, pubs, grocery stores and many independent shops whilst stunning scenery, including the famous Leyburn Shawl, is less than a five minute walk away.

The Garth: A Swaledale Panorama

The Garth has many walks straight from the door and family-friendly activities: horse riding, mountain biking, Richmond castle, limestone caves, historic railway and lead mines. The village pub and tearooms are close by (check times). You’ll love our place, with its fantastic panoramic views from all rooms . It is a lovely place to stay for couples, walking groups and families with kids. APRIL-OCTOBER: FULL weeks, FRIDAYs ONLY. Rest of year, shorter breaks any day .

The Salt House Cottage, Pilmoor

Guests have a small private grassed area with a table and chairs. The cottage has dishwasher, washing machine and wood burning stove, all logs included. We do not accept pets. In summer, when the swing seat is out, guests have access to the main garden. The cottage has no internet connection but depending on your network, a good 3G or 4G signal can be accessed. We do not accept bookings from people who smoke or vape. Check in from 2pm, check out 10am.

The Old School

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Wonderful walks and bike trails in the local area. Beautiful views over the fields and hills within the Dales National Park. This detached house is within the boundary of our own property so we are always on hand to help in any way we can to make your stay a wonderful experience. Within walking distance of the local village which has all the basic local amenities including a local history museum.

Cosy home from which to explore North Yorkshire

The Laurels is a welcoming, comfortable, Modern home and an excellent base from which to explore the wonderful county of North Yorkshire, its central location gives great access to both the North York Moors and Yorkshire Dales National Parks. Situated in the market town of Northallerton The Laurels is just a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk from the town centre with its numerous shops, restaurants, cafes and bars to explore.

The Bothy

This stunning property is situated with in i40 acres of Adambottom Farm . The Bothy is located at the end of a line of traditional outbuildings and was once a hay barn. There is plentiful supply of wild salmon and trout to fish. A wildlife haven for many birds and wild flowers. Wensleydale boasts extensive attractions. Such as the magnificent Aysgarth Falls and splendid Bolton Castle both walkable from the Bothy .

North Cottage

A cosy and lovingly updated cottage. Nestled between two national parks, this is an ideal base for exploring the Dales, coast and North York Moors. The village of Helperby offers a charming escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, while providing easy access to both the Historic city of York and the spa town of Harrogate. With two pubs on your doorstep, a butchers and weekly bakery van.

The Cottage - large garden, next to nature reserve

A newly renovated property (completed April 2019) with two bedrooms - one double bed and two singles. New kitchen, bathroom and new comfy beds... Large garden. Close to Masham (10-15 mins walk across fields) in a quiet location next to Marfield Wetlands (nature reserve). Next to Old Fever Hospital, also available through AirBnb. Fast WIFI.
