Our vintage home is located in a socioeconomically diverse, lot and block, historic neighborhood only minutes away from downtown. I-30, the airport, shopping, golfing, sports facilities, medical facilities and just about any style of restaurant you can desire are only minutes away.

Has a big garage. 3.5 miles from the fair grounds, 4 miles from downtown Texarkana, 2.8 miles from cooper tire. Close enough to everything but relaxing and quieter then you can get in a neighborhood!
