My place is within walking distance to restaurants and dining, and movie theatres, about 30-45 minutes from the beach, and downtown Miami or Fort Lauderdale. I am close to major highways, FLL, and MIA airports. Great neighborhood! The Studio is cozy and perfect for a couple or small family. I have a playpen, car seat, and an umbrella stroller that you can use upon request.

I'm offering a big discount because I'm building pools in the front yard. There will be noise Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm. Private entrance, no shared spaces. Full kitchen. If you follow the rules you can rent an electric bike and ride to/from the beach every day for just $24 for a whole week!
