We cannot accommodate children or infants.There are no shared spaces or access to the rest of the property. Walk to restaurants, shopping and transit. This spacious 370 square foot unit has a private locked entrance, private bathroom and a private outside sitting area. Street parking is free but limited at times.

Private entrance to a guest suite. Renovated house located in a super safe neighborhood in a cul-de-sac. I am offering a bedroom with a bathroom and private entrance for rent. The space is on the first floor of my house and is enclosed off from the house（shares a wall with dining room), has its own private entrance. Small fridge and microwave, tv with Apple TV set up, but no kitchen. Canyon view.
