The house is two blocks from Mission Bay, where you can relax on the sandy beach, swim or rent boats, take a short walk or use the house beach cruisers to bike along the boardwalk to popular Pacific Beach. The house is less than a half block from four great restaurants, a pub, a corner market and a coffee shop, as well as being 1.5 miles to SeaWorld, and 15 minute drive to the airport.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! We are all about the oceanfront view and direct beach access. Our apartment is ground-level on the busy Mission Beach Boardwalk. It’s best for easygoing folks who are planning to spend their days on the sand and in the water. Our place has a vintage and rustic style with wood paneling. Boardwalk passersby can see into the apartment when the window shades are raised. This apartment is not a good fit for light sleepers, pets and guests who would like close parking.

Bbq grill on small balcony. The unit is steps to the bay and short three minute stroll to the beach. Two beach cruiser bicycles provided which is one great way to get around the area. Please note, access to the second story is via an outdoor spiral staircase.

The room has a private entrance. It's ideally located in a residential area of Ocean Beach. 5 blocks to the beach, OB pier, and 2 blocks to village life, shops & restaurants. It has a queen bed, a small private bathroom with a shower, a fridge, TV, Wifi, microwave, etc. Guests will love the location and privacy! Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. are available for your enjoyment. Enjoy the great ocean view from the backyard.

We provide beach towels and body boards if you’d like to get in the water. :)
