Welcome to our fully remodeled, energy efficient home, centrally located in the mountains of Missoula. Our home is a short 10 minute bike ride to downtown or a $12 Lyft. We hope you will enjoy our open concept one bedroom, one bath studio. Property backs up to the Clarks Fork River so bring your rod. We are two blocks from the bike trail that runs to the college. We have bikes that you can borrow. We have tubes available to float the river. We also have camping mats, coolers, fishing rods, beach towels and chairs. We want to make your visit to Missoula AMAZING.

The road is a Montana style dirt road. When there is NO snow any car will make it up the hill. In Winter you will need a four wheel vehicle. We snowplow the road as necessary in winter.
