The design is bright and airy; the white colour scheme and cathedral ceiling provide a spacious feeling. It has its own private garden. The accommodation is a new addition to an existing property. It has good WiFi access, off street parking, and is close to restaurants, shops, a laundromat, post office, and library.

The Little Garden Pod is your own independent private oasis set at the rear of a beautiful & established garden It’s a heavily insulated bedroom with HD Google TV, Netflix, WiFi, reverse cycle split system, Ikea Poang chair & Queen size Murphy bed which converts into a wall mounted breakfast table Perfect as a base for a few nights while in town for work or to simply enjoy exploring the area. In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. Within a few minutes drive you will reach the center of Geelong, Deakin Uni, and the 3 major hospitals of Geelong. It's an easy drive to beautiful beaches, including the Great Ocean Road. To keep the building sustainable, there is solar hot water & power & rain tanks.

Fee and Marks place is a peaceful spot in a quiet Jan Juc street, 15 mins walk to Jan Juc shops & beach, close to bus stop and 40 mins walk to Torquay or Bells beach. We live upstairs & don’t allow pets as we encourage wildlife into our garden; a blend of indigenous & food producing plants, stone walls & sculptures. Mark is an artist & has embellished home & garden with his work. Fee is a masseus with treatment room upstairs. Please contact Fee if you would like to prebook a massage.

The toilet is an outdoor organic system (based on the national park's toilets). Located at the start of the Great Ocean Road, only ten minutes from Torquay or famous Bells Beach. Complementary bottle of pinot from the winery on arrival. Please provide your own fire wood.
