From this pretty quiet oasis, it's very easy to immerse yourself in the happy mood of Trastevere and explore Ancient Rome and at the end of the day, sit on a cozy patio surrounded by a stone wall. Close to bar, restaurants and shops.

The accommodation consists of a small stone house on two levels with an outdoor stone patio and is located on the top of a hill completely covered with woods. A short private white road ( 500m) leads from the paved road to the house. The building was designed by the owner, who is an architect, and is built according to the most recent anti-seismic regulations and according to the principles of bio-architecture. The house is actually a near zero energy building (Nzeb).

The view is breathtaking: a very blue sea dotted with the islands of the Tuscan archipelago: Elba, Giglio, Montecristo and Corsica. The delightful little house is well organized and decorated with the characteristic Vietri tiles and Tuscan terracotta.
