This 2 storey aircon 4 bedroom home is designed with holidaying in mind. Beach & shops are within walking distance. Sunlover boasts a huge deck with ocean views. Queen Beds in all bedrooms & a double/single bunk bed in the downstairs living area. Sunlover is perfect for 2 families to stay providing plenty of room and privacy. There is plenty off road parking for cars and boats and even a fish cleaning area for the keen fishermen. We have a No Party Policy & you must be 25 and over to book.

Surrounded by the serenity of rural landscapes, peace and quiet, the two bedroom original stockmans cottage located on working cattle station, (Pinnacle station) privately set well away from main house. Kevs cottage is located 20 min north of Gin Gin and 5min to Lake Monduran. Kev Cottage includes a well appointed kitchen, spacious bedrooms, dining and lounge areas. Outside is a three bay garage with extra height to keep your boat out of the weather. The cottage is fenced and dog friendly ☺️

Deepwater Beach House

BYO SHEETS, PILLOWCASES & TOWELS Unwind at this private hidden gem where relaxation and rejuvenation come first. Time stands still, offering an endless escape. And for those who love to fish, you can launch your boat right from the front yard. Dogs are welcome but guests are responsible for cleaning up excessive shedding. Dogs not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found in any of these places. Also no chasing of the wild life.

While private and peaceful, you are only 1km to the main beach, and 3 minutes to shops, cafes & restaurants at the bottom of the hill.

An abundance of wildlife with beautiful creek systems which run throughout the year, suitable for swimming. Adjoining Dawes National Park in the upper Boyne Valley. Located in close proximity with the Boyne Valley Rail Trail, Historical Chimneys, Chinaman gardens and Rail tunnels.

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, the house is close enough to walk to shops (700m) and famous Agnes Water surf beach (<1k) but far enough from the hustle and bustle to enjoy the verandah and a good book.
