Forniamo servizio di pulizia compresa, per raggiungere la nostra splendida location bisogna fare un pezzo pedonale di 250m e scale, siamo in pieno centro storico.I cani sono ammessi ma di piccola taglia.

Ai miei ospiti offro un accogliente e moderno appartamento mansardato situato nella casa di famiglia, dal quale si gode una vista mozzafiato sul lago e le montagne circostanti. Il grande giardino è a disposizione anche dei miei ospiti. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare il "nostro" pittoresco lago, Milano e la vicina Svizzera con Lugano.

In contesto storico del 700' abitazione posta a piano terra con vista lago. Ristrutturata e arredata con complementi di design italiano. La cucina ricavata nella roccia di Moltrasio rende fresco l'ambiente nei mesi estivi. Camera da letto con cabina armadio e bagno padronale. Soggiorno con divano letto e bagno di servizio. Entrambe dotate di tv, wi-fi e riscaldamento a pavimento.Terrazza pubblica in pietra davanti alla casa. La tassa di soggiorno(2,50 € per persona) è esclusa dal prezzo.

The property features a delightful shaded pergola, ideal for al fresco dining with loved ones. Inside, the house boasts a roomy living area, complemented by a convenient parking space.

Un Gioiello di Vista Lago

The house is located in the beautiful and quiet town of Tosnacco (upper part of Moltrasio), which is one of the nicest little towns along lake Como and quite close to the center of Como. From the public free parkings it is a ca. 200m walk up to my house - might be unconvenient with huge luggage. To compensate for the climb, there is a spectacular lakeview from the balcony. Down to the church and center of Moltrasio with restaurants and little supermarket it is a ca. 10 minutes walk.

Located in the heart of Cernobbio, Al Casone apartment is the perfect place to enjoy all the comforts of home, while staying close to one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. The apartment is positioned near to all main attractions and activities, there is a bus stop just across the road, and the lake and boats are only 10 minutes away on foot. PRETTY APARTMENT NEAR THE LONG LAKE AND THE HISTORICAL CENTER Nice apartment recently renovated, very bright, on the first floor, near the city center. Next to the house there is a Carrefour open 24h / 24h. The Como S. Giovanni train station is 500m away and can be reached on foot. On request it is possible to have another single bed or a bed for small children in the bedroom. The apartment has new double glazing and noises from the street can not be heard.

The Studio is located right in front of the town of Como, with a 180 degrees view of the lake. Como city center can be reached by car, bike, bus, or even by ferry-boat- as a public ferry-boat transportation service is available. This service -located 50 meters from our property- will take you directly to Como city center in 8 minutes and to the other destinations of the lake.
