It's a perfect location to go on serene walks along the promenade and experience the beauty of Morecambe Bay. Not to mention that we are at the doorstep of the lake district. There is a convenient store just down the road,free parking on the street. It is also surrounded by a variety of restaurants, cafes and pubs. The house has its own free wifi,3 large flat TV screens and Netflix account .

Superb semi detached cottage with two bedrooms, large garden & private parking within the grounds just 2 miles from Cartmel & Newby Bridge at the South end of Lake Windermere. A first floor flat in the Freehold area of Lancaster. The flat is dog friendly and close to The Gregson Centre, a great place to grab a coffee or a bite to eat before exploring the city centre. A five minute walk down the hill and you are in the centre. The train station is around a 15 minute walk. The flat itself has a hallway, living room, kitchen with oven, hob, microwave and washer dryer. The bedroom has a super comfy, pillow topped double bed and in the bathroom is an over bath shower.

Gressingham is a small, picturesque village and makes the perfect location for walkers, cyclists and those wanting a country break.
