Tucked away on a hillside, beneath some beautiful gum trees, and just 5 minutes from the heart of Mornington and its sandy beaches, you'll find this charming two bedroom Miners Cottage. Wake up in the morning to the sound of kookaburras, relax on the large veranda looking out towards leafy Mount Eliza, watch Foxtel on the large TV, or sit out in the evening around the fire pit with a glass of wine from a local winery. There's plenty of room to slow down, breathe and enjoy the open space, yet we're only 7km from Rosebud and 5 minutes from Peninsula Hot Springs. Surrounded by paddocks, sheep and birdlife, you might hear frogs in the dams, see lambs in spring or pick mulberries in summer. On the third Saturday each month, Boneo Community Market is just down the road.
