Our studio apartment is situated in Mošćenice, a medieval town built on a hill overlooking Mošćenička Draga. This picturesque old town, with its narrow streets, passages and vaults, is included on the list of Croatian cultural heritage sites. It is situated 33 km from Rijeka-the biggest port in Croatia, and 75 km from Pula-economic and cultural center of Istria. For those who wish to visit the islands of Cres and Losinj, there's a ferry that leaves regularly located 14 kilometers from Mošćenice.

Casa Giardino is a stone guest house situated in the beautiful Mediterranean garden in a harbor of the small island town of Nerezine, Lošinj island. There is a way through the wood by foot and you are on the beach in 15 min . Car recomended. Except the view you can enjoy peaceful area without many poeple and see real Croatia.

It is a one floor house of 120 m2 decorated with a mix of antique and modern furniture, suitable for 5 guests. There are the kitchen, lounge area , two bathrooms, king bedroom for three persons and second bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms have terrase. You can enjoy arround a new swimming pool. Our mini studio apartment is located in the historic old medieval town of Mošćenice. It is placed at ground floor of the small three floor stone house and it has 15 m2. In front of the apartment there is a small sitting area ideal for coffee or a glass of wine. The beautiful pebble beach is reached by stairs through the forest. The town is very quiet and peaceful. It is surrounded by nature and is ideal for escape from stress.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
