Hello! Our home is an 1890 Victorian mansion that I purchased and lovingly renovated with a small team of local craftspeople. This space is a 1 bed, 1 bath with much of its original character preserved! Located in the heart of bustling Midtown just one block from 20+ bars and restaurants, DMC, Shinola and way more! The space is designed with leisure stays in mind but also capable of accommodating business travelers comfortably. Just opened in 2023, Coffee + Cocktails downstairs! Open: 8AM-11PM!

Welcome to your home away from home in Detroit! This unique attic studio apartment is a favorite among students and professionals alike. Renovated in October of 2022, our airy studio apartment offers an open floor plan which includes a private bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, work space, integrated living room, dining area and bedroom with a queen size bed. 4 skylights offer plenty of natural light. While we have AC, the system struggles to cool the large space when outside temps exceed 85.

Welcome to historic tree-lined Woodbridge, one of Detroit’s vibrant gems! The Victorian home, built in 1908, has been well cared for, meticulously renovated, and aged gracefully. This garden-level private studio is a modern addition to the home. Within walking/ scooter distance are Wayne State University, Woodbridge Pub, Midtown Detroit, and Motor City Casino. Downtown Detroit and Corktown are within 7 minutes by car and Uber/Lyft. Woodbridge is conveniently accessible to most major freeways.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. You'll have a private space in a detached historic carriage house, sharing a yard with the host. We have a large yard with a patio near the carriage house, covered porch, grill, bbq pit, bocce court, and outdoor living room (summer). We have a dog that has yard access. Private, secured parking is available for 1 car. Families are welcome, as are pets. We recommend families 3+ contact us before booking to ensure the space will work for you.

You'll be staying in our newly constructed carriage house at the back of our property in the heart of Corktown - Detroit's oldest historic neighborhood. This private dwelling is accessed from the back alley entrance and offers high ceilings and a panoramic view of downtown and the surrounding neighborhood. The unit features 1 bedroom/1 bath, living, dining, laundry and a full kitchen. In warmer months a small cafe seating area is situated on the spanish rock drive along the green alley.

Sleep just feet away from the Motown Museum, where legends Marvin Gaye, Diana Ross, and The Temptations recorded music. Situated in the up-and-coming New Center, this home is minutes from the DIA, the Fisher Theater, Cobo Center, and Wayne State University. Midtown and Corktown are just a few miles away and host some of Detroit's best restaurants and bars. We are close to Ford Field, Comerica Park, and Little Caesar's arena. There is direct access to the back deck and fire pit in the (shared) fenced back yard for enjoying a relaxing evening.
