Hart Farm B&B - No Cleaning Fee

Beautiful and spacious guest suite with separate bathroom and private entrance. The main room has a king-size bed and a comfortable lounge area with a TV, coffee/tea/breakfast-making facilities and a dining area. The second room has two single beds. The bathroom is large and modern. There is a small covered outdoor deck with rural views to neighbouring farms and there is ample parking for cars/trailers/campervans. Continental breakfast is complimentary for stays of two nights or more.

Located on a quiet street close to Rototuna Village, this guest suite is perfect for singles, couples and business travellers. The room is spacious, has a queen bed, fold out couch if needed (linen for this $15 extra charge) and a new, stylish bathroom. We have a free carpark space available for you, as well as there’s free roadside car parking. Note: this room does not have cooking facilities. Coro-Oaks Orchard room

Morrinsville is a centrally located Waikato town. It is less than two hours from Auckland and both coasts and half an hour from Hamilton. The accommodation is walking distance to the town centre with supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The studio room has it's own access and is set in a large restful section with mature trees. You will have a peaceful private place to stay with a garden view.

A great location near Waikato Hospital, Hamilton Lake, Hamilton Gardens and the city centre. Green Valley Cabin overlooks a gully with nature right on your doorstep. You may even be greeted by our delightful and friendly one-eyed cat, Winky. This is a self-contained unit with a toilet and shower. Please note no kitchen or cooking facilities, however, there is a fridge and microwave.
