Enjoy everything beautiful Albany has to offer from this modern home away from home with chef's kitchen. Opposite the birdwatcher's paradise of Lake Seppings and a short walking distance to Ellen Cove (take in the views of majestic King George Sound), Middleton Beach and Eyre Park plus two of WA's voted best fish and chip shops! There are several cosy beachside pubs and cafes close by as is the golf course and if you fancy a drive, venture out to some of the most amazing, rugged coastline walks.

Lotti's House is a comfortable and spacious old Albany home set up as a real home for guests. There is an extensive library : books, DVD's, games.. and streaming to TV. Each room features artworks many from local artists. The kitchen is well equipped with enough crockery, cutlery and glassware for you to throw a dinner party if you desire! Perfect for children - swing in the garden, fish in the pond .. Perfect for two or three adult couples with option of single or KS in the third bed room.

Situated just 200m from Middleton Beach, 5 minutes from the CBD, in the heart of the Middleton café precinct, this beautiful two-story apartment is the perfect choice when booking in beautiful Albany. Located in a quiet unit complex, you have access to an award winning fish & chip shop, delicious restaurants, bars and boutique stores. For families; the playgrounds, walk paths and sheltered ocean swimming make this the ideal holiday destination. Street-level living with all bedrooms upstairs.

In town, off grid, healthy stay.

Separate entrance from hosts. Only filtered rain water (including showers), non chemical soaps, washing materials, off grid (battery) power, so no failures, organic breakfast foods. No microwave oven but have an electric oven, fry pan & rice/porridge cooker & wifi is available. Large TV with sporting and movie channels available. We have a renovated home, over 100 yrs old, with real character. Please be careful with water usage as we have only rain water, but sufficient for the whole year.

Spencer townhouse is architecturally designed, newly constructed October 2021, and specified to the highest standards. We provide undercover car parking, (sorry, one car only due to site limitations) together with comfortable accommodation for our valued guests. The Albany Heritage precinct, marina, pubs, restaurants, and Hilton Garden hotel are within a few minutes walk. The upstairs reading nook, with sofa bed, has views across Princess Royal Harbour towards the Albany Wind Farm.

Middleton Mews - Unit 6

Having the best position of all the units in this complex makes this a very quiet, budget friendly and private location to enjoy. My top priority is the guests enjoyment. This updated, regularly booked unit with Netflix has a fully equipped useable kitchen and also there is plenty of parking available, even a large trailer can easily fit. The complex is ideally located to enjoy the various sights and activities that the Great Southern offers.

Our home is within easy walking distance of Albany's main street, offering a private upstairs space with a spacious bedroom featuring a king bed. The area includes a private bathroom with a bathtub, a kitchenette, and a living room with a smart TV. Access is through the downstairs laundry, and off-road parking is available in the carport. We live downstairs and are happy to assist in making your stay in Albany as enjoyable as possible.

A funky 60's built 3 x 1 brick veneer home and the perfect location for beach holidays. Furnished a very comfortable holiday experience for up to 8 people. Ideal for 2 couples and 4 children. Free wifi & secure parking. Dogs welcome, but not on the furniture and bedding. A gas log fire and two air conditioners allow you to control the temperature in the house.
