Take in the fantastic mountain view from your private balcony after a morning at the beach. The local airport is 15mins drive away and bus stop is a short flat walk.

We live on a sloping block and there are steep stairs to get down our driveway and into the guest suite. Our beautiful home is located in Coolum Beach and is only 2km from the main street/beach which is a 20 minute walk or 2 minute drive from cafes, beach, banks and restaurants. We have a 1-bedroom self contained apartment with kitchen, separate lounge & dining area, a bathroom with separate toilet, a backyard with complete separate access and complete privacy
