The Old Bond Store is situated in the heart of the CBD a short walk from the main street with uninterrupted harbour views . This large one-bedroom, mezzanine apartment has everything needed with a built in robe and a comfortable queen size bed. With a modern kitchen, a breakfast bar, dishwasher and open planned living with a gas fire heater. A private balcony overlooks the harbour. There is an office space with Wi-Fi. The Tawarri Studio is a beautiful lime stone studio apartment. It has one spacious living area with a lofty vaulted ceiling with a luxury bathroom attached. The Studio is well appointed with aircon, kitchenette, TV, and is nestled on an acre of bushland garden that it shares with the main house. It’s a stone's throw from the Glenelg river, the Lower Glenelg National Park, And the pristine beaches of Discovery Bay. Note - we are currently unable to provide linen for our guests. Apologies.

Spacious outdoor living area equipped with bbq, lounge and table. This is a pet friendly rental with an enclosed yard. Cape Bridgewater is a coastal hamlet with one yummy cafe and direct access to the Great South West Walk. It doesn't get any better.

"Kurrawa" cottage is set in the garden on grazing property in Byaduk half way between Hamilton: a welcoming town with cafe's, art gallery and a variety of lovely shops, and Port Fairy: a beautiful coastal town with its picturesque river and ocean beaches, cafe's, shops and quaint houses. "Kurrawa" cottage has a separate bedrm, bathrm and kitchen. Set apart from the main house and enjoys a full view of the property.

Its excellent location makes the newly renovated pub, kiosk and river less than a 5min walk from the house. The stunning enclosed gazebo area has amazing river views and makes for an ideal place to cook a BBQ dinner and watch the sunset over the estuary, protected from the elements and any pesky bugs .

Lovely new 3 bedroom ground floor apartment, just across the road from the beach and boat ramp. Great for kayaking fishing swimming etc or just relaxing with a book. Kitchen is fully equipped, laundry has washing machine and dryer. There is a carport and plenty of room out the back for parking an extra car or boat. Portland is 12 k and Mount Gambier is about an hours drive.
