The private basement accommodation includes two bedrooms, full living room with TV and wood burning fireplace, kitchenette, and a full bathroom with laundry. Remember we are in the country, if a fly/bug sneaks in during your stay and this would ruin your experience, this is not your place. The Sage is part of Hinterwood Inn and Cabins and sleeps up to 4 people. It has one bedroom with a king bed, a daybed/trundle (two twin mattresses) in the living room. It has a full kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, a regular coffee pot, dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. It includes one full, spacious bathroom with a shower (no tub). It's approximately 500 sq. feet. Enjoy the private fire pit area, the gas grill outside, and the expansive outdoor spaces on the property.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located basement apartment. The Central States Fairground, The Monument Civic Center, downtown Rapid City, and Rushmore Crossing are all within a 10 minute drive. We do have full-time tenants on the property with dogs. Some noise should be expected. The pets have their own dedicated space and contact with the pets should be minimal, if at all. We have one security camera located outside the entrance to the apartment.

118 Main Street - the best of a small town down town. Great place for one night or a year, comfortable and easy living. Walk to everything you need, or relax with a walk along Rapid Creek. Restaurants, Main Street Square, Coffee, Ice cream, bars, are all just a short walk away. Even Monument Arena and SDSMT are near. Perfect for a couple, but we put sleeps three in case someone wants to crash on the couch. Plenty of space for people, but the sleeper sofa I like was out of stock!
