At430 meters from North Hobart restaurants strip, buses, the State Theatre cinema, Chemist, the Post Office and pubs. 20 minutes walk down Elizabeth Street brings you to the centre of the city.

Seaview is a renovated three bedroom federation home with an architecturally designed extension in central Hobart. The house is spacious and surrounded by verandahs. It has stunning views of Mount Wellington, the city of Hobart and beyond to the Derwent River. It is a seven minute drive to the waterfront, Salamanca or North Hobart. We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Laneway hideaway

Our architect designed, garden roof cabin was built in 2020 to take in views across they valley to knocklofty. North facing the sun warms this house with the passive solar design maintaining a steady temperature. To complement this there is a wood fire for grey days and a sliding door and bifold windows for hot ones. Ply lining and exposed rafters give the house a cabin feel creating a retreat feeling. Different outdoor spaces provide great options to soak in the sun and neighbourhood.

Studio 68 Centrally Located Garden Retreat

Privately positioned at the back of our leafy garden with separate access and gated off street parking away from the main house, Studio 68 is located just a two minute walk from the North Hobart strip and a 20 minute walk to Salamanca and Hobart's waterfront. Close to cafes, restaurants and bars, this garden studio is only a 5 minute drive to the Mona ferry terminal or a 20 minute drive to Mona. Wifi, heating and contemporary kitchen and bathroom ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay!

Adorable self-contained Guest Studio West Hobart

A detached studio, in a convenient part of West Hobart, close to public transport, walking distance to North Hobart’s cafe/ restaurant/ strip. Suitable for two people with a double bed, ensuite, study bench/dining table with a basic kitchenette only. It is not equipped with a fully working kitchen. Past the second garage doors is a private narrow courtyard. Fast fibre optic internet, suitable for video or business, ensure the router is turned on in the studio. Off street free parking.

The modern studio is nestled in a luxurious garden providing a sense of serenity at the rear of our 130-year-old heritage house. Warm up next to the wood-fire after a short stroll to the local restaurants, bars and cafes located in North Hobart. Situated within 1.9km of the CBD and 2.8km to Salamanca waterfront, there is a bus stop at the end of the street. A microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and fridge are provided for your convenience, as well as a BBQ on your private deck.

Comfortable and Private in New Town, Hobart

Roomy accomodation with private access. This accommodation DOES NOT have a KITCHEN. Sleeping up to 4 adults. The accommodation is in the downstairs part of the main residential property. It is a 5 minute walk to various cafes, Pizza places etc supermarkets, chemist & post office. Also very close to bus stops which will take you to the city past the well renowned North Hobart restaurant precinct ( which is only a 15 min walk anyway). Direct access provided with a key pad or via hosts.
