A very clean and tastefully decorated condo 2 bd, 2 bt , Sleeps 5-2 queenbeds. Overlooks the pool, sun deck and the ocean. The Beach House at Garden City is a 57 unit complex, located right on the Atlantic ocean, offers a beautiful pool, a spacious sun deck and of course Unit 102. This unit comes with One Parking Pass per condo association rules. Parking is limited during peak season but you might be able to park at the grocery store if you have two cars. This Unit is Smoke Free. No Pets.

Close to the new pier, shopping, dining and golfing. There is 1 security camera on the walkway leading to front door. It’s always on.
