Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

A farmers' market, cafés, restaurants, and excellent public transport connections are all right on your doorstep. The apartment combines the charm of a historic building and a warm design. Two separate bedrooms, a spacious living room with a bay window and views of the Schlossberg, a balcony, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a separate toilet ensure living comfort in the city center.

Wellness House Robida: A fary tale near the forest

Located near the forest, away from the hustle and bustle in an authentic countryside setting, lies the cosy Robida House. It got its name from the blackberries that grow in the meadow near the house. The Robida house is not for party people or a destination to take your high-heels, but for all those who want to relax in harmony with nature, completely disconnected and away from the main road. A parking space is provided but to fully appreciate you will have to walk on foot to reach the house.

It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

A century old Vila Vilma is a fairy tale house hidden between the vineyards. Its unique location makes it a perfect choice for a romantic getaway or a family escape to the country. Upon thorough renovation in 2021, the house has been adapted to the modern way of living, yet it retained its original charm and soul.
