Centrally located in Sarasota. About 6 miles from Siesta Key Beach and the downtown area, 10 minutes away from I-75, and about 15-20 minutes away from the airport and University Parkway. This unit is attached to the main house with a private entrance. A designated concrete parking space is located in the front yard. The neighborhood is family friendly and very safe. The Oz Parlor apartment was originally the main house of this whimsical property. It has loads of charm It is a great place to relax and Just Bee... Please note I don’t have cable TV my TVs are wireless I have Netflix and Amazon prime. Located in the Historic District of Englewood a lovely walk to fine restaurants, Indian Mound Park on Lemon Bay and 2.9 miles to Englewood Beach.
