You will like it as it is very close to beautiful nature with water (Långängen recreation area) and at the same time you have easy access to the city (public transport 150 m from the house, station Brevik). Our house suits couples and families with 1-3 kids. Baby bed is availabe.

The location to explore Stockholm and the Stockholm archipelago. If you want city life, Söder is good. For nature, Värmdö is good. Here in Nacka is a bit of both. No music outside. No parties. A cozy and spacious home in a peaceful, green neighborhood near the city center. Welcome to Villeberg, a unique turn-of-the-century property in Nacka. Frequent buses depart every 5–11 minutes to Slussen, the heart of Södermalm, with a travel time of approximately 15 minutes. On-site parking is available (first spot on the left). 1870s house very close to the city and the sea.

Our house was built around 1870 and has been carefully renovated 2019 but with a modern kitchen and tech (e.g. projector with a 120" screen). The house itself is around 200 m2 and the garden is 1500 m2 and very quiet. You can't believe that there is a mc donalds and a shoppingcenter 5 min walk from the house. Buses takes 10 min to the city but you can get there by public boat in 25 min or djurgården in 1 min or skansen in 15 min. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping.
