The house is a classic red Swedish house with a view to two lakes and nothing els then forrest. Welcome to our charming house with a little garden. The house is in a quiet residential area near the city center. It´s fully equipped and have a lovely living room to relax in. Suitable for both families/couples/singels. The busstop - 1 min walk, supermarket 4 min walk. Kristianstad college/university 2 min. There is a parking place to the house. During winter months in Sweden it is 22 degrees in the house.

För sällskap på fler än 8 personer tipsar vi om möjligheten att hyra även vårt andra hus "Holken" som ligger på angränsande tomt till "Sigges". Då kan 13-15 personer tillbringa tid tillsammans. The house is in the woods about 6 kilometers from the sandy beach and nice water in Olseröd, 5 kilometers to Degeberga and 7 kilometers to Maglehem.
