This uniquely built barn situated in the Gold Coast hinterland is within walking distance to national parks. Made from recycled wharf timber, the barn is set on an 18 acre farm beset by green lawns. A king bed with ensuite, separate shower & bath make up the loft bedroom. Downstairs features a second bathroom / laundry, fire place, lounge, study & self inflating bed (inflatable bed linen not included), dining & fully equipped kitchen before walking onto a large deck overlooking the rainforest.

Private, spotlessly (no shoes) clean Gold Coast Studio– cozy, compact & fully self-contained for 1–2 guests. Enjoy total privacy (not shared!). Kitchen with dishwasher/oven, bathroom, W/D, fibre Wi-Fi & Netflix. Close to Broadbeach & Surfers. 5 min to Robina Station, walk to bus. Ensure location suits your needs before booking. Ideal short or extended stays. 2nd guest or anyone sharing the bed incurs an extra fee. Children 13+ = adult rate. No storage for bikes, e-bikes or mopeds inside.

This fully self-contained studio is a great place to unwind & relax after a busy day site seeing around the Gold Coast. Located in the suburb of Parkwood, set in a peaceful, tranquil environment. GC Hospital is a 6 min drive or one tram stop away. Parkwood East tram station is a 10 min peaceful walk. Light rail (tram) takes you as far as Broadbeach or connects to the main rail link travelling from Robina to Brisbane. The studio is attached to the end of main house yet very private.
