Geniet van de landelijke omgeving van Goeree-Overflakkeemet haar pittoreske dorpjes of bezoek een bruisende stad zoals Rotterdam, Roosendaal of Breda. Ook zijn de populaire stranden van Brouwersdam, Renesse en Ouddorp op 40min afstand. Het dorp zelf is heerlijk rustig gelegen naast natuurgebied Hellegatsplaten, haventje vlakbij en supermarkt op 2 minuten lopen.

Dit is de ideale plek voor ontspanning voor 2 personen! Op loopafstand van de Ginkelse heide vindt u deze gezellige hoekwoning. Er zijn vanuit hier verschillende fiets-, wandel- en mountainbike routes te vinden. Ook kunt u lopend naar het gezellige centrum van Ede. U kunt hier ontspannen in de sauna of met een borrel bij de sfeervolle houthaard. In het souterrain kunt u een potje pingpongen, poolen, darten en/of tafelvoetvallen. Er woont een poes in huis, Beer. Ze houdt van knuffelen en eten!

Het 100 jaar oude huisje ligt in de rustige, sfeervolle Vossenparkwijk. De Prinsentuin en het Vossenpark zijn beide om de hoek en de markante, scheve toren van de Oldenhove kan je bijna zien vanuit de tuin. Kom tot rust met een kop thee in de tuin of ga lekker uit eten in de stad! Neem gerust de 2 fietsen mee. Maak het jezelf gemakkelijk!

Je loopt de deur uit en je staat gelijk in het centrum met leuke winkels en lekkere eettentjes. Je kan kiezen om een eigen ontbijtje te maken of 200 meter verderop bij Barista of Njoy te ontbijten. In mijn tuin is het een oase van rust. Pak de fiets om het groene hart te ontdekken. Kortom een plek om tot rust te komen na je bezoek van een grote stad.

Return back to enjoy a barbecue atmosphere with your friends in the garden or read your favorite book with the glass of champagne in a hot bathtub.

Comfortable townhouse nearby Amsterdam. The house has a spacious living room and two bedrooms. The house is suited for 3 guests. Towels and linen are provided. A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Free Wi-fi and the use of the (smart) tv is available.

Experience the charm of Holiday Home De Duinroos in Egmond aan Zee! Our cozy house for 1–3 guests is only 100 m from the beach, dunes and lighthouse, and 300 m from the lively center. After a sunny day by the sea, unwind on your private terrace with a book or a drink. In mid and high season we rent by the week, in low season at least 3 nights. Tourist rental only (no babies, no foreign workers/agencies). The person who makes the reservation must personally stay in the house.

Wij heten je graag van harte welkom in ons fijne zomerhuisje. Centraal gelegen vlakbij de duinen, het strand en het gezellige centrum van Egmond aan Zee. Via je eigen ingang kom je in de knusse woonkamer met 3 zitsbank met hocker, eettafel met 4 stoelen, keuken en de badkamer. Boven is er een slaapruimte met wastafel, tweepersoonsbed (140 x 200) en een eenpersoonsbed (80 x 200). Ons huisje heeft een eigen terras met tafel en 4 stoelen en is voorzien van een zonnescherm.

The bedroom has a Queen-size bed and is located next to the luxurious bathroom with bath. There are 2 toilets. Breakfast is possible for €15,00 pp.
