Superb Ringwood Home with a View & Fishing Rights

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. Little Ivy is a cosy garden sanctuary filled with natural light. It has it's own front door and French doors leading out to it's own garden, fire pit area and patio. In the summer it benefits from the sun from mid morning until sunset. The fire pit is the perfect place to watch the sun go down. The location is perfect for exploring the area, straight out through fields onto coastal walks, the beach is a 20 min walk and the country pub a 3 min walk. Milford on Sea village is 2 miles away.

A cosy and tastefully equipped Shepherds Hut in a stunning south facing position with stunning outlook over our paddocks being located within the beautiful New Forest National Park. Enjoy fabulous sunsets while relaxing on your secluded deck. Tranquil and rural but having the convenience of a short walk to Sway village with 2 great pubs, cafe, local shops and the train station, providing good connections to London and local villages, all this only a few minutes walk from the hut.

The Orchard Studio at Ham Green Cottage is a pretty brick and flint building tucked away in a corner of our truly English country garden. You are completely private. We are family-friendly and you can expect a comfortable stay and warm welcome. We are in a village close to the historic city of Winchester, however our setting is completely rural and quiet. We have a fantastic village pub or there are lots of places to chose from in Winchester itself - the best of both worlds!

Medlars Shepherd’s Hut is situated on the edge of our paddock in the private surroundings of our home within the New Forest National Park. Warm and cosy, with its wood burning stove, it has an en-suite shower room, mini kitchen and a King size double bed. Make the most of all the walks, cycle paths and local pubs and eateries. Relax and unwind in the peace and quiet, and enjoy the view across the valley.
