The complex has three outdoor pools which are seasonal and a recreational building with a heated indoor pool open all year round. It also has sauna, hot tub, gym and changing rooms. Sorry no pets allowed in rentals as per HOA.

Guests are never far from a relaxing day by the ocean or the many exciting activities Carolina Beach has to offer. We personally lived here for two years and enjoyed every moment!

You'll love the carefully curated and landscaped backyard, with a coi pond, water fountains, and nearly year round flowers. Nestled in a cute community, and super convenient to grocery stores, shopping, UNCW, 10 min to Wrightsville Beach, 20 min to Carolina Beach. Located on a bike trail that runs from the Cape Fear River to downtown and the ocean!!

Away from the Touristy area, but convenient enough to drive there. Has its own parking space with private entry with a small deck. Nice and quiet area. 30 min drive to downtown Wilmington or Wrightsville Beach, 15 min drive to Carolina Beach area. Located 3 miles north of Snows Cut Bridge which leads you to Pleasure Island (Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, and historic Fort Fisher).
