The Hacienda del Sol is a Historic Bed and Breakfast built in 1804. The Hacienda was Mabel Dodge Lujan and Tony Lujan's first home together in Taos. Guests that have stayed at our Inn included Georgia O'Keefe, Ansel Adams, Willa Cather, DH Lawrence, etc. We have two big beautiful lawns in the back of our Inn with clear sunset views of Taos Mountain. We serve a delicious Gourmet Free Breakfast. The Love Apple, (A+ restaurant), shares our driveway and is walking distance for dinner.

Anasazi Penthouse Suite

Two blocks from Taos Plaza with a daily gourmet breakfast. A private, curved stairway leads to Anasazi Penthouse, a spacious two-room suite with panoramic mountain views. The king bedroom features a kiva fireplace, loveseat, and private deck. The deluxe bathroom has a two-person jetted tub and a large walk-in shower with body sprays and rain-forest shower head.
