We are offering a upstairs guest suite in our home in the beautiful Annapolis Valley. We live in a quiet neighborhood minutes from Kentville ,New Minas ,Wolville. We have a pool and deck with a BBQ in season that we will share. We are close to popular hiking / snowshoeing trails ,wineries and shopping. This is a 2 separate unit home. The apartment upstairs is very bright with natural light, it is fully furnished with everything you need. Has private entry. Its located upstairs of the owner of the house, who lives in the 2nd unit downstairs. Its located in a residential area that is centrally located in the downtown Kentville core. Minute walking distance to all cafes, pubs, cider place, museums, hospitals, parks, schools, public pool, slash pad, tennis court, basketball court and shopping.

The apartment is fully detached from our house and above the garage. There is a smart TV and WiFi as well as Air Conditioning and on site parking for one vehicle. WELCOME to the Guesthouse @ 303! We welcome you to our new Guesthouse. Two bedrooms on the upper level with the kitchen, living and bathroom on the main level make it ideal for families. Air conditioning, brand new appliances including washer and dryer and a Roku TV. We love our furry friends so we are conditionally pet-friendly. You must request pre approval for your small breed pet then we will navigate together the additional cleaning fee at that time. No partying or smoking, please!
