Viscount Royal Caravan 1974 On Historic Property

The Viscount Royal Caravan 1974 is a huge (9 metre) & has been rejuvenated. Modern but with a fab 70’s atmosphere. It sits under a huge shed with carport, deck & overlooks farmland & bush. It is 50 metres from our old house. Daylesford is 7 minutes away with excellent cafes, restaurants, shops & well-being indulgences. Wineries & galleries are plentiful within a small radius. The “Swiss Mountain Hotel”, our local, has good food, a nice atmosphere & is only 5 minutes to the west in Blampied.

'Bawley Beachcomber' is a classic Australian beach house with retro styling. Perched in the trees, the house enjoys an elevated position and is less than 100 metres from the dog-friendly Cormorant beach. Enjoy waking up to the sound of waves! Bawley Point is a hidden gem. It is set in the sub-tropical basic garden of my home in Wombarra. Nestled between the Illawarra Escarpment and beach, surrounded by nature, peaceful bird singing surroundings. She comfortably accommodates 6 guests. The location is 2 minutes walk from the station and 7 minutes walk to stunning, unspoiled, surf beaches and rock pools.

Nambucca Valley Train Carriages Red carriage

Both our red & green carriages are modeled from the balcony ended tram car Built by Great Eastern Railways, England in 1884. The tram car was built for the Wisebec to Upwell line. Diane & I have built this unique accommodation from the ground up overlooking the NSW North Coast Railway line. The two carriages are located 90 metres from our house & sited to provide you with your own privacy.
