Shepherds Barn a 2 bedroom barn conversion

CHECK IN AFTER 3pm and BEFORE 8pm unless prior arrangements are made with the host. NO PETS OR PARTIES. NO ADDITIONAL VISITORS WITHOUT PRIOR ARRANGEMENT with hosts. CHECK OUT BY 11am. This new beautiful, cosy, barn conversion. The barn has a well equipped kitchen/dining area with lounge and large 65inch smart TV. A master bedroom with super king bed and en-suite the second bedroom has an option of super king bed or 2 singles and a beautiful full bathroom with roll top bath and shower.

The Granary

The Granary is a self contained studio room within the grounds of our house. It's completely self contained, with a private entrance, en suite shower room, and off road parking. There is also a fridge and a microwave, a two burner electric hob, (but please note no oven or washing machine), dining table and chairs, crockery, glasses etc, TV and DVD player. We leave a selection of cereals, bread, milk, juice in the fridge for guests to help themselves to continental breakfast.

There is one designated secure car parking space for your use, which is to the right hand side of the property door. If you require more parking please let me know.. Excellent travel links to the A50, A46 and M1 and a 5 minute drive from Groby pool, Martinshaw woods and Bradgate park. My place is great for a working professional couple or even a single person!
