We named this guesthouse “ Nedoco” which means bedding for sleeping in Japanese. We hope our guests can have a good rest and good sleep.We prepare the mattress is Magniflex from Italy, duvet is Kyoto Nishikawa. We use the things, which could get to directly your skin, are all cottons. As the bathroom is fitted one, the bathtub and toilet are a little bit small, but you have your own bath and toilet in your room. We can also prepare fridge, washing machine and air conditioning. ***Please, read before your booking*** As we operate this guest house with a family, it is a small guest house. We cannot provide soundproofs, cleaning during your stay, changing sheets and towels like in a big hotel. Instead of those services, we try to our best to provide cheaper price, comfortable and clean bedding, beautiful room decorations, washing machines, respectful reply for guests etc. Before your booking, please make sure our house rules. And, if you can follow the rules, please make a reservation for our guest house. If you need services like hotels, we can’t recommend you to stay at our guest house. And, we want to ask you to leave your review after staying our guest house. It helps our booking. Please, don’t disturb our neighborhood during your stay. But, please feel at home.

We are at the center of everything and you can walk everywhere around town from our place. 2 - Our KING SIZE comfortable Bed. The bed is big/European size with new bed sheets, SUPER COMFY DUVET COVERS, and a great mattress. You will LOVE it once you stay in our hostel. Here are 3 THINGS TO CONSIDER before book our hostel: 1 - Our hostel placed in a quiet and charming area, and everyone comes here to enjoy the 'QUIET' in Kyoto. So DO NOT be noisy in our hostel at all times during your stay. 2 - Our room size is NOT THAT BIG(It's 22㎡)! Because of the amazing LOCATION, the housing rate here is REALLY REALLY HIGH. So we are trying to offer the BEST experience with just right room size at the BEST PRICE for you. 3 - The cleaning fee is NOT including daily hourse keeping. To give you the best living experience, we are using the best bed linen and Hotel Amenities. So in order to offer the best price on Airbnb, the cleaning fee is only for one time. And off course if you want the daily hourse keeping, we got some flexible cleaning plan for you.
