Στο πιο ξεχωριστό σημείο της Χώρας της Νάξου, κυριολεκτικά πάνω στη θάλασσα της Γρόττας, βρίσκεται η παραδοσιακή κατοικία Ma Mer. Ένα κτήριο του 1906 πλήρως ανακαινισμένο τον Ιούλιο του 2022 και εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ανέσεις που κάνουν τους επισκέπτες να νιώθουν πως βρίσκονται στο σπίτι τους. A unique aesthetic apartment with a beautiful private patio and lots of art touches, located in a picturesque neighbourhood in the heart of Naxos Town that can host up to 5 guests. Located 10' on foot from the Port, 1'-2' from the Market and other places of interest (castle, museums, etc) and entertainment (bars, restaurants, etc). If you travel without a car, no worries; the closest bus station to the most popular beaches and villages is at 3' on foot. Free parking space at 3' on foot!

Deluxe King Studio up to 4, Stoa

Built around the Cycladic arches called Camares, almost at the entrance of the Castle the studio is located in a well-known neighborhood that combines both the privacy and the vibrant life of restaurants wine bars and every kind of store. The studio features a king size bed, a sofa bed for 2, a kitchenette and a private bathroom as well as a private terrace overlooking the sea and the busy streets. The harbor, the beach and two public parking lots are also very close to the apartment.

Our lovely summer-apartment is situated in chora a few hundred meters from the city beach, restaurants and cafés. It´s carefully furnished with design classics and has an amazing terrace facing the sea, along with two balconies. The kitchen is more than fully equipped with assorted home appliances and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. We live in Stockholm and visit Koufonisi during July every year, the rest of the summer we welcome others to enjoy our fantastic place.
